By using Exact Wisselkoers, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Description of service
Exact Wisselkoers is a SaaS product that automatically synchronizes exchange rates from the European Central Bank to your Exact Online administration.
Account and responsibilities
When creating an account, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activities that occur under your account
Subscription and payment
Some features of our service require a paid subscription. Prices and payment terms are clearly communicated before you subscribe.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Conduct illegal activities
- Distribute harmful or offensive content
- Disrupt the operation of the service
- Gain unauthorized access to systems
Service availability and disclaimer
We strive for high availability of the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control.
Data loss and disclaimer
While we make reasonable efforts to protect your data, we are not responsible for loss, corruption, or deletion of data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
Limitation of liability
Exact Wisselkoers is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, failures of telecommunications or internet services, or government actions.
No waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Exact Wisselkoers regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through a notification in the service.
